WHAT:
Envision, Empower and Elevate Parenting is a hybrid course that helps busy parents transform into a confident, attachment focused parent with child-centered principles and skills in 7 weeks so that they can effectively communicate with their child, recognize and respond to their children’s feelings, set therapeutic limits while building their children’s self-esteem and cultivating a positive parent child connection.
We know that sometimes fitting your schedule in with our hours does not always work. As a working mother, Elizabeth understands this and wanted to create a way for parents to get the same information as they would in parenting session, on their own time, even if that is while the kid(s) are at school, while they are (finally) down for their nap, in-between work meetings or during a work commute!
Elizabeth McConnell has worked with families over the past 10 years as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Early Childhood through sixth grade teacher. This course was developed out of the culmination of her years working with children, adolescents and parents and will empower you with the knowledge and practical tools you need to develop the best possible relationship with your child.

Here’s my official bio:
Elizabeth McConnell is a Licensed and Marriage Family Therapist Associate who helps parents to transform their relationship with their children into one of confidence, focused on secure attachment and overall a positive parent child connection so that they (parents, but also sometimes children) can stop yelling, start recognizing and responding to their children’s feelings, build their children’s self-esteem yet still set therapeutic limits.
Elizabeth has worked with hundreds of families throughout her years of teaching in Texas Schools and as a therapist. She has a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a Specialization in Children and Adolescents. Elizabeth is the founder of Envision Therapy DFW and prides herself on establishing a practice that is well-respected within the professional community for providing mental health services for clients with a variety of needs, including childhood trauma, adult trauma, couples therapy, postpartum anxiety and depression as well as her own specialty of parenting and family therapy.
Elizabeth resides in Texas with her husband, daughter and husky where she enjoys hiking, going to the Arboretum with her family and working with other parents and children.

WHY Envision, Empower, and Elevate Parenting?
I created Envision, Empower, and Elevate Parenting for many reasons. First, as a former educator, I saw that the social and emotional needs of our children were not being met and there was little, if any, parental support. I remember the children starting back at school after a break (for summer, fall, winter and spring and quite frankly even long weekends) and parents being exhausted and wondering how I had the energy and patience to not only be there physically and mentally with my students, but to teach them on top of it! I went back to school after years of teaching and started working on my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy, and knew that I had to specialize in Children and Adolescents, because that is where my heart is. I know the struggles you have as a parent, from being a parent myself, from educating children and from a therapeutic stance. I created Envision, Empower, and Elevate Parenting to help share training, information and tools.

Answer: Envision, Empower, and Elevate Parenting is delivered 100% online. It is self-paced and you will have 24/7 access to the in-depth training video sessions, access to advanced modules as well as scripts and workbooks for difficult parenting issues.
Question: I am not really great at being a self-starter. Will I have any accountability?
Answer: Absolutely! When you join 3EParenting, you will also have access to our private, VIP Facebook Group. There you will find busy parents just like yourself that have been in your shoes and are also committed to raising their kids in healthy, positive ways just like you!
Question: What if this doesn’t work for me or it doesn’t work with my family?
