Life can feel overwhelming, especially when past traumas, anxiety, or depression hold you back from living the life you want. I’m here to help you break through those barriers and start the process of healing. With a focus on Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I work with individual adults, families, children, and adolescents to uncover the root causes of emotional pain, build coping skills, and create lasting change.

For children and adolescents, navigating big emotions can feel overwhelming. I help parents better understand what their child is trying to communicate and offer practical strategies to support both the child and the parent-child relationship. Whether your child is struggling with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or behavioral issues, we’ll work together to create a plan that fosters healing, growth, and connection.

Specializing in Trauma: Safe, Compassionate Healing

Much of my experience has been working with traumatized youth and their families. Trauma can have a profound impact on mental health, but it doesn’t have to define your future. In our work together, my priority is to create a safe space where you feel supported and understood. We’ll gently explore your pain, shrink the fear surrounding it, and grow your inner strength to move forward.

I believe in taking things at your pace—starting with building safety and trust, and then gradually working through the pain together. Healing is possible, and with the right support, you can reclaim control over your life.

Therapy Sessions

I offer therapy sessions that are tailored to fit your needs:

  • 50-minute sessions for $120
  • 80-minute sessions for $170

Together, we’ll determine what session length is right for you, depending on the complexity of the issues we’re addressing and your personal preferences.
